Botox

A few weeks ago I decided I wanted to get Botox during my lunch break. I hadn't thought about it but when one of the nurses asked if I wanted Botox I was all for it !

When I went into the nursing room I wasn't scared or anything I just couldn't stop thinking about if its going to be painful. Everyone said that it wasn't going to, but when I watched people getting it done it looked like it really hurt.

The nurses marked the areas that they where going to inject and wrote on my face chart how many units and where those units where going to go. They then cleaned my face with an anti-bacterial wipe. The nurse was very gentle and friendly. Once she had finished I was like was that it? It took no longer than 5 minutes and didn't hurt at all. The needle was so fine that you couldn't even feel a thing.

Two weeks later I couldn't move the muscles in my frown line. It was like they didn't exist at first it was frustrating because i want ed to move it. Then after a while I got use to it.... It was amazing ! I can still raise my eyebrows although pre Botox all these wrinkles formed. Now that doesn't happen anymore.. thank god!


I also suffer from severe migraine's and have noticed that Botox has helped with this significantly. I am so happy that I decided to have this treatment and I cant with to have it again. I would defiantly recommend anti-wrinkle injections to anyone, young or old.

Medicare Rebates

Currently there is discussion going on at the moment about medicare rebates and if they should continue to be given in some areas.


I have been thinking about this topic for a while and want to know if rebates should be given to people that have any type of procedure. you can currently get a rebate for Labiaplasty if it is affecting your health. Should you be able to get a rebate for Breast Enhancement, Liposuction, Blepharoplasty etc...

Pressure to look good

Lately I have been getting my self down quite a lot. I have recently become further in debt. Not by to much so i know i shouldn't be worrying. Although I am.

I had a chat with one of my colleagues Sharon. Sharon is one of the most happiest and most positive  person that i know. I really enjoy working with her. I consider her to be my second mother. I told her my problems and she really helped me.

I have been thinking for a while that i want to go onto duromine. Duromine is an extreme weight loss tablets for obese people. I only weigh 60 - 65 kilos and I know deep down that i don't need these tablets. I eat healthy and try to exercise when I can. My good old friend Sharon made me realise that there is so much pressure on everyone. When you look good you tend to feel like you don't.


Working in the industry makes you think about your body and what you don't think is  right. My boobs are to small, my hips are to big, Look at that cellulite, Mother of Mary where did those wrinkles come from? I am now learning that you need to stand back and say damn I am hot! And believe our partners when they tell us that we do.


I have had a breast consultation with Dr. Les Blackstock at Enhance Clinic. I was so sure that i wanted breast implants but now I am not so sure. Im trying to pay off most of my debts then save for the boob fund. I have an option to go onto a payment plan (previous blog) but I just don't think that's a good idea for me considering my anxiety and hate for owing others money.

Payments Plans (Breast implans, Liposuction, Labiaplasty)

At the cosmetic clinic (Enhance Clinic) a lot of the clients are choosing to go onto a payment plan... Buy now Pay later ! Why not? That sounds good to me.

All you need to do to be applicable to this finance option is give Enhance Clinic a copy of 3 months worth of pay slips and bank statements. After that you will find out if you are approved or not.

Once you get approved you will need to pay a 25% deposit 3 weeks before your surgery. You have a year to pay the total amount off. The first 6 months is also interest free then after that its 10% interest on your remainder amount. I personally think that is really good. I would recommend paying the bulk amount of money off in the first 6 months. That way you wont have to pay as much interest.

The other really good thing about Enhances payment plan is that you get to choose when your repayments come out. I.E weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

I would really appreciate your opinion on payment plans regarding cosmetic enhancements

SEXPO

Hi everyone ! I just received a photo of some of the staff that worked at our stall that we had at SEXPO!
I thought I would share it with you all.

Sexpo is a massive expedition that is held in Sydney and other states in Australia annually. This event went for 4 days. I attended 3 of the days and had a really good time. This was my first time at the expedition and all i can say was WOW ! 

Before Sexpo started i was meaning to ask why we attend. I mean we don't sell "toys" or sexy out fits etc.... However i didn't get a chance to ask. It simply slipped my mind. Once I was there i really understood what it was all about. We booked in Loads of surgery's and really helped some people understand the cosmetic world. Most men don't understand that its such a confidence boost they just think it a waste of money.... We really proved to them that wasn't the case.

Enhance Clinic will be attending next years show. I might even see you there !

Liposuction Sydney

Liposuction in Sydney has become one of the most popular cosmetic procedures in Austral with breast enhancement second. With this in mind I spoke to Dr Les Blackstock the cosmetic surgeon at Enhance Clinic.

I asked a few questions just to help me get my head around this procedure. He told me that Liposuction does NOT make a person healthy. The only way you are going to get healthy is by eating right and exercising.

Once you have liposuction the fat does not come back in the same areas, because the procedure permanently removes fat stores. If you had Liposuction on your thighs because no matter how hard you tried to diet and exercise they just wouldn't change shape. After the procedure if you ate poorly and didn't exercise you would put weight on BUT not on your thighs. It is quite possible that the fat cells will go to your breasts giving you a larger breast size.

 

People that undergo the treatment may not loose weight on the scales but they will defiantly see a change in their body shape.

 

I spoke to a few of my co workers and they informed me that the price on liposuction varies  due to the areas you have treated. In my opinion this service isn't very expensive as i know that at Enhance Clinic Liposuction prices Sydney only starts from $2,999. Keeping in mind that they have a payment plan which I LOVE!

Breast Implants

Over the past few days I have been answering a few phone calls that all seem the same to me. Why are we so affordable? What types of implants do you use?

Enhance Clinic only charges $6,999 for a Breast Enhancement(sydney) no matter what type of implants you decide to have or what size they are. Our competitors charge anywhere from $9,000 - $15,000 - What a huge difference ! Ladies the reason why we are so affordable is so that you can have the breasts you have always dreamed about. Enhance Clinic wants YOU to be able to afford to have your breast done and if you cant afford $6,999 then you have a choice to pay off your procedure after you have had it.

If you are unsure of what type of implant you would like below are the advantages of Saline and Silicone implants...

Saline Advantages
-Scarring is smaller, even with larger size implants.
-Rupture is revealed immediately.
-Less pain for recovery.
-Cost less than Silicone implants.
-Saline breast implants are available to women age 18 and older for breast augmentation, or women of any age for breast reconstruction.
-Leaking saline solution will be absorbed by your body without posing any health risks.


Saline Disadvantages
-Sometimes the feeling of saline movement can be experienced.
-If a saline breast implant ruptures, the implant will deflate — causing the affected breast to change in size and shape.
-Complication of infection inside the implant during filling.
-Some people can experience change in temperature of the breast implant depending on the season.


Silicone Advantages
-Leakage of silicone gel is not so common.
-There is no sound phenomenon by moving.
-Less movement of content.
-Gel feels more like breast tissue.
-A ruptured silicone breast implant may eventually cause breast pain or changes in the contour or shape of the breast.

Silicone Disadvantages
-It is more difficult to diagnose a rupture.
-The price can be up to 50% higher.
-Silicone implants can form inflammatory granulomas by leakage of gel and even the nodes can be affected.
-The scar is bigger, especially with larger size implants.

After reading the advantages and disadvantages I would feel much safer going with a Saline implant rather than Silicone. To me it just seems a lot safer. Enhance Clinic also prefer to do Saline implants.

Money Money Money

As I Stepped out of the shower this morning I begun to apply my skin care. I wondered how people could afford all of this without staff discounts....

I went to work and answered a few calls, gave people some advice and I couldn't stop thinking about money. Where were these people coming from? don't they have bills to pay? Where do they get all of this money? I thought about it longer and noticed that Enhance Clinic is one of the most affordable cosmetic clinics in Australia. When having anything done at the clinic you have an option to go onto a payment plan which most other places don't offer.

So off to the marketing department I go....  I found out that we have the lowest prices because we want to keep our profit low so that more people are able to afford to look and feel good about them selves. Most people don't understand the affect a new set of breasts can do to you and those around you. I certainty didn't until I saw these young lady's come back for there check up appointments. I noticed that they were a lot more confident and happy - There partners LOVED it! 

All the staff at Enhance Clinic believe that by having such low prices they are able to reach out to more people there fore have more clients.

Whats better selling 5 oranges at $4 and making a profit of  $17.50  or selling 20 oranges at $2 and making a profit of $30.00 ? I know that I would buy 20 oranges at $2 each rather then spending $4

Most People ask me why we have payment plans.... Well that's because we want to make YOU happy ! If you cant afford to buy something in full now, why miss out? We want our clients to be able to have their treatment then pay their payments weekly, fortnightly or monthly according to what they can afford. Enhance Clinic doesn't want YOU to miss out - YAYY!

BOTOX !

We have all heard of the fabulous product that Allergan has created to help you looking as young as the lovely ladies below.



















Our staff injecting day (that we have about every 3 months) came around on Monday. I randomly decided to have Botox with out even thinking about what I was jumping into. It was like I was buying a Prada dress that was on sale ! Once i signed a consent form I lay on the injecting bed I then realised what I was doing.... This was serious. Nurses surrounded me looking at my skin to see how many Units of the anti-wrinkle injections I needed. they tested my muscles, asked if I wanted my eyebrows slightly raised and all I did was sit there and say "do what ever you think". Mind you I say that to everyone, my hairdresser, beautician, manicurist....

Don't get me wrong I have worked with these girls for almost 2 years and trust them very much.
Two nights later I was sitting at home when I tried to frown. I COULDN'T ! It was like I forgot or didn't have those muscles. I instantly ran for the mirror laughing - It was such a crazy feeling. Still is.
I text the lady that injected me to tell her that it started to kick in already. She was also amazed  she told me that it wouldn't fully kick in for about another 8 days or so. 

Two days after the injections my frown lines where gone ! I fell in love with the product. I'm still unsure if I should continue to get top ups every 5 months or not. I use to work with a young lady. She was 18 and was already getting Botox. She didn't even have wrinkles ! I spoke to a few of the nurses and doctors at Enhance Clinic and they all told me that it was being used as a preventative, so that when she turned 30 she wouldn't have any wrinkles because she didn't use the muscles thanks to this miracle product. I thought WOAH that's so young.... What do you think about Botox? let me know your thoughts....

 I have been wondering what it would be like to have breast implants. I thought if I got them done I would have to buy bigger bras. I currently purchase my bras from bras and things and have noticed that they don't stock many of the bigger bras and if they do they are quite expensive. I have a large build so I was planning on going to a EE - F although after my research I have decided that if I get them done I wouldn't go any larger than an E as the bras are either to expensive or not sexy. Below are some that I found and helped me to decide whether or not I should undergo the surgery.... 

Its funny to see all these blanked faced men slumped on the benches outside, hunched over their phones scrolling through Facebook while their partners are trying on bras. While I was trying on some bras I thought to my self do I like it? Is it sexy? Does it suit me? Do i have back fat and do i feel confident in the bra..... I like to think this about everything I buy.  Is this bad? Let me know what you think or if you have any tips to help me out :)

Whoo ! first day at blogging

Hi everyone, im Sonya, im 32 and work at a cosmetic clinic based in Sydney Australia. This is my first ever blog and im still quite unsure about blogs so lets see how I go....

Every day I come to work to see and work with people who have  been enhancing them selves. It may be young girls getting breast enhancements to liposuction or even having Botox. I have only been with the company for a year and a half and already love it. I see people from going shy to very confident young women and there partners love it!

The idea of my blogs is to give other people an inside view of the cosmetic industry, what my day to day activities with work are. Hopefully you like what I have to say so stay tuned!
